3. Consultation and Remuneration

Daniel Hüsken offers consultation in accordance with legal requirements as part of the mediation process.

The remuneration for the activity is provided as:

• Commission included in the insurance premium, paid out by the respective insurance company.
• Specifically agreed fee (payment directly by the customer).
• Other benefits.
• Or a combination of the above types of remuneration.

The fee is only due if expressly agreed in writing with the customer in advance.

4. Participations

Daniel Hüsken does not hold any direct or indirect participation of more than 10% in the voting rights or capital of an insurance company.

An insurance company or parent company of an insurance company does not hold any direct or indirect participation of more than 10% in the voting rights or capital of Daniel Hüsken.
