How Digital Revocation Works (Process & Legal Notice):

1. Email Dispatch

Your request is prepared as a formal revocation statement and sent immediately to your insurance carrier via email. If you revoke a contract with me, the statement comes directly to me.

2. Copy & Proof

You will simultaneously receive a copy (CC) via email as confirmation and for your records.

3. Broker Assistance

As your insurance broker, we also receive a copy to document the revocation and assist you if needed.

Statutory Right of Revocation (§ 8 VVG, for life insurance § 152 VVG): You can revoke an insurance contract within 14 days without giving reasons; for life insurance, including pension and disability insurance, the period is 30 days. The period only starts once you have received the insurance policy, the policy conditions, the contract information and the revocation instructions in text form. Sending the revocation in time is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Service and fee agreements with me: Whether and until when you can revoke such an agreement is set out in the revocation instructions of your agreement. This form delivers your statement directly to me, and you receive a confirmation of receipt by email.

Ending the broker contract or withdrawing the power of attorney? You don't need this form for that. Just send me an email at info@makler-huesken.de. Your insurance policies continue unaffected.
